Thank you for your interest regarding our vacation home rental in Gold Beach, Oregon.

Rates for your stay at Burke House for the months May through September, plus Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, are as follows:

Minimum rate is $275.00 per day for up to 6 people. Each additional person is $15.00 per day. The 7th day of reservation is no charge.

Rates from November through April are $175.00 per night up to 11 guests. Additional charges as well as deposits as above will apply.

Additional charges: $75.00 cleaning fee for up to 6 guests. $100 cleaning fee for 7 or more guests. 6% City Bed Tax and 1% State Bed Tax.

Pets which are housebroken are allowed with a $50.00 Pet fee each; limit 2 pets (We place a tick collar on our Irish Setter.)

We request a $275.00 (one night) deposit to reserve your dates. Deposits are refundable, less $100.00 processing fee, up to thirty days prior to the arrival date. If the cancelled reservation can be re-rented within the 30 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit (less $100.00 processing fee) will be refunded.
