Envision yourself in the family-size Hot Tub, relaxing with the sounds of the river in your ears, and a soft breeze blowing. For their safety, a Wading Pool is available for the little ones in your party.

Ideal for groups or family get-togethers, accommodations are available for 11+ guests in the 4 bedrooms in this fully furnished, former family home.  A Queen sofa bed provides sleeping for overflow guests.  Food and personal items are all you need.

The new 5' x 15' boat dock will be launched in the Rogue River in the Spring when river conditions allow, for guests to fish during seasons, boating, kayaking, or to swim.  A public Boat Launch ("The Ferry Hole") is located a short distance downriver if you have your own craft.

There is parking for 3 vehicles at the door plus additional parking is available for a vehicle, or an RV (full hook-ups available), or a boat trailer on the Upper Parking area.  Access to the living area and 2 bedrooms is at parking level (3 shallow, wide steps), with 2 bedrooms and a multi-use bathroom/laundry on the lower level.

Our on-site Manager (in her RV) is available to answer questions or to mitigate concerns.
